Do I need to print my bus ticket?
Usually not: showing the e-ticket on your phone is enough. If a carrier requires you to exchange a voucher for a boarding ticket at the station, the ticket says so.
How do I get a refund for a bus ticket?

Which documents do I need to travel abroad by bus?
